Sponsor Standards

Institutional readiness
is required.

Sylvan is designed to produce institution-grade sponsor operating records. Participation is limited to sponsors that meet clear admission standards and commit to ongoing transparency.

01. Admission

Published Admission Criteria

Sponsors are evaluated for participation based on minimum requirements, including:

  • Demonstrated operating history in relevant asset types
  • Established financial controls and accounting practices
  • Sufficient liquidity and balance-sheet capacity
  • Ability to operate within standardized SPV, covenant, and reserve frameworks
  • Commitment to mandatory, uniform reporting and disclosure requirements

Admission reflects readiness to operate under institutional discipline, not marketing strength or deal volume.

"Operating behavior is observed and recorded across every obligation."

03. Enforcement

Enforcement and Accountability

Standards are enforced to preserve the integrity of sponsor operating records.

Reporting or disclosure failures are treated first as platform compliance matters, with defined resolution periods. Persistent or material non-compliance can result in:

  • Heightened monitoring status
  • Restrictions on future offerings
  • Suspension or removal from the platform

These outcomes are governance actions, not judgments.

STAGE 02

Heightened Monitoring

STAGE 03

STAGE 04
